At Abdullah Brothers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional installation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or service corrections may be requested.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund or exchange request will be considered under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications
- The installation service was not completed as per the agreed scope of work
- The request is submitted within 7 working days of delivery or installation date
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery
- Custom orders or specially imported equipment ordered on client request
- Services already fully rendered and accepted by the client
- Damage caused by misuse, power fluctuations, or improper handling by the client
Refund Process
To initiate a refund or service complaint, please follow these steps:
- Contact Abdullah Brothers within 7 working days via phone or visit our office
- Provide your original invoice, product details, and reason for the request
- Our team will arrange a site inspection within 3 working days
- Upon verification, the refund or replacement will be processed within 10–14 working days
Warranty Claims
Products supplied by Abdullah Brothers under authorized brands — Perkins, CAT, and Cummins — are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty claims must be submitted directly through Abdullah Brothers, and our team will coordinate with the relevant brand representative on your behalf.
Service Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with any installation or service work carried out by our team, please notify us immediately. We will dispatch a qualified technician to assess and rectify the issue at no additional cost, provided the complaint falls within the service warranty period.
